The interior fit-out project “Lufthansa lounge Mailand-Malpensa “, designed by Kitzig Interior Design, was honoured with the German Design Award Special 2019.

The sophisticated and exclusive design Concept focuses on the individual needs of international lounge guests. Local aspects were staged and differentiated, atmospheric areas were created with a high feel-good factor for communication and retreat. The concept is an excellent implementation of the airline's new brand philosophy and forms the basis for future Lufthansa lounges.
